At Argent, we want you to feel confident in your wardrobe. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of your delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and a return packing slip, which will be sent directly to your email.

• 3.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping box and secure your prepaid label to the outside.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
